Shipping policy

We are located in Melbourne, Australia and offer worldwide shipping through local couriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. At checkout, you will have the option to choose between Standard Tracked, as well as Express shipping.

Please note that selecting Express shipping does not guarantee priority handling of your order. It simply means that once your order is ready, it will be sent via Express post. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 10 days of being shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly to locate the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for lost packages.
